Rental Agreement

At Oxcarrental, we are committed to providing our valued customers with top-tier service quality and a secure rental experience. The rental terms and conditions detailed below are established within the framework of the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international standards, and apply to all rentals.

1. Rental Duration and Kilometre Limit

Minimum Rental Duration: The minimum vehicle rental period is set at 24 hours.
Kilometre Limit: The rental fee includes a specific daily kilometre limit. Should this limit be exceeded, an additional kilometre charge, determined by the vehicle category, will apply.

2. Driver's License and Age Requirements

Driver's License Duration: Renters and additional drivers are required to possess a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
Age Requirement:
- The minimum age limit for economic and mid-range vehicles is 21.
- The minimum age limit for luxury and special class vehicles is 25.

3. Deposit and Payment Procedures

Deposit: A deposit, determined by the vehicle category, will be collected upon vehicle delivery. This deposit will be refunded upon the undamaged return of the vehicle.
Payment Methods: Payments are accepted only via credit card or debit card. Cash payments are not accepted.

4. Insurance and Coverage Scope

Mandatory Traffic Insurance: All rented vehicles are covered by mandatory traffic insurance in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Our vehicles are offered with CDW through additional coverage packages. However, CDW is valid for specific situations, and for damages outside these situations, responsibility lies with the renter.

5. Vehicle Delivery and Return Procedures

Delivery: The vehicle will be delivered at the agreed location and time at the start of the rental, clean and with a full fuel tank.
Return: The vehicle must be returned on the date and at the time specified in the rental agreement. An additional fee will be applied for late returns.
Fuel: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level (full tank) as it was received. In case of return with insufficient fuel, the cost of the missing fuel will be charged to the renter.

6. International Travel Policy

Rented vehicles are not permitted to be taken outside the borders of Turkey. For requests to travel abroad, a special agreement must be made in advance with Oxcarrental.

7. Traffic Fines and Other Legal Obligations

Traffic Fines: All traffic fines and other legal responsibilities incurred by the vehicle during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.
Damage and Malfunction: In the event of any damage or malfunction occurring to the vehicle during the rental period, it is mandatory to contact Oxcarrental immediately. The responsibility for damages rests with the renter.

8. Cancellation and Modification Conditions

Cancellation: Cancellations of rentals must be notified at least 24 hours before the start time of the rental. For cancellations not made within this period, a one-day rental fee will be charged.
Modification: Reservation modification requests are subject to availability and must be notified at least 24 hours in advance of the rental start time.

9. Additional Driver Policy

If the vehicle is to be used by someone other than the renter, an additional driver fee must be paid, and the additional driver's information must be included in the rental agreement. The additional driver must also meet all driver's license and age requirements.
